The report comes amidst an ongoing legal battle between Kim, a popular singer-actor, and his ex-girlfriend, known to the media by her surname Choi. The two have been embroiled in several lawsuits, following initial charges of violence against Kim in 2014.
A paternity test is schedule for the baby, due to the ongoing lawsuit.
Choi\’s legal team released a statement saying that the mother and baby are healthy and receiving appropriate postnatal care.
Kim\’s agency, Key East Entertainment, said that Choi\’s lawyer had informed them of the birth but it is unknown if Kim was told, as he is serving his mandatory military service in the Korean military. …\”
